The WTO's 13th Ministerial Conference (MC13) took place from 26 February to March 1, 2024 in Abu Dhabi. The stakes were high with many important issues on the agenda: Dispute settlement reform, fisheries subsidies, agriculture negotiations, investment facilitation, and extending the moratorium on customs duties on electronic transmissions. What are the key takeaways and achievements of MC13? What are the remaining challenges? And what is the path moving forward?
