She has over 35 years experience in international trade and served at the US Department of Commerce and then as a negotiator for the USTR before entering the private sector. She is a well known trade expert appearing on MSNBC and National Public Radio frequently. She has crafted free trade agreement language and many laws that benefit international traders.
