TradeExperettes grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with the express written consent of the organisation. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the organisation. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, images, text, page layout, or form of the organisation without the organisation's express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing the organisation's name or trademarks without the organisation's express written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the consent or license granted. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the organisation's home page so long as the link does not portray the organisation or its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any of the organisation's logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without the organisation's express written consent.

Disclaimers

The TradeExperettes shall not be liable for any damages, including any damages arising from use or loss of data, whether in contract, negligence or other action, arising from or in connection with your use of the Website to the extent permitted by law. In any event, the TradeExperettes’s liability shall not exceed a total amount of EUR 500.00.

The TradeExperettes shall moreover not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including any loss of profit.

No implied endorsement. The views of individual users or contributors to the Website expressed are those of members of the public only and do not necessarily represent the opinion of the TradeExperettes or any the TradeExperettes Members. The TradeExperettes or its Members shall have no responsibility in that respect.

Links to other websites have been included to make this Website as useful as possible. However, the TradeExperettes is not involved in their production and is not responsible for the content or accuracy of information on these linked websites.

Law Enforcement

We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. By visiting our website, you agree that Ireland's laws will govern these conditions of use, without regard to principles of conflict of laws and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the organisation.

TradeExperettes Membership Account

If you are a TradeExperettes Member and use this site, you are responsible for maintaining your account name and password's confidentiality. TradeExperettes reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders of membership at their sole discretion. Some Members may apply to have their expert profiles appear on our Website

and to provide information thereon. As such, you authorize us to collect your personal data for the purposes of creating your profile (“TradeExperettes Profile”), subject to the provisions detailed hereafter. You agree that we may access, store and use any information that you provide in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Amendment

All entries by Members will be examined by the TradeExperettes. The TradeExperettes reserves the right to treat them according to its own reference criteria. Entries that do not meet the required criteria will not be included in the database of the TradeExperettes Profiles. No registration for a TradeExperettes Profile will be published on the tradeexperettes.org website without being reviewed beforehand. The TradeExperettes will refuse the publication of following content:

  • Racist or defamatory, abusive, aggressive or violent;

  • Advertising or promotional.

The TradeExperettes reserves the right to apply these rules by deleting some or all of the entries and by temporarily or permanently excluding those who violate the rules in a flagrant, repeated or systematic manner.

If you see any comments or contributions that you perceive to be contrary to these Terms of Use, please send an email to info@tradeexperettes.org. The TradeExperettes will review your application as soon as reasonably possible.

Any published message remains the sole responsibility of its author.

One of the Website’s purposes is to allow the registration of women wishing to create an expert profile (“TradeExperettes Profile”) and to provide information thereon.

Individual users are free to make use of the information contained on the TradeExperettes Profile page component of the site for their own (non-commercial) use.

The TradeExperettes will only process your personal data for the following purposes: (i) for research and statistical purposes (number and frequency of visits to the Website, number of visitors, users’/contributors profiles, pages visited, etc.), (ii) to create a contributors bio page if you are a contributor to our blog (iii) to create your TradeExperettes profile online, (iv) to make available your information on the Website for use by the third party users such as for example event organisers and journalists, (v) to contact you about news and events via our e-mail newsletter.

You agree that the users may use your personal data in accordance with the provisions set out in these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The TradeExperettes may process the following categories of personal data: name, surname, nationality, date of birth, country of residence, email address, phone number, photo, short biography, position, company name, link to your publications, speeches, years of experience, areas of expertise, sector of expertise, language, your social media profiles including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, your professional website or other domains such as LinkedIn, etc..

The TradeExperettes will only transfer your personal data to website developers, hosting providers, third parties assisting with the newsletter, and, the TradeExperettes team.

Your personal data shall not be forwarded to third parties unless you give your express authorization or unless disclosure of such information is necessary to identify, investigate or engage in legal proceedings and if required to do so by law.

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and/or against accidental loss, alteration, disclosure or access, or accidental or unlawful destruction of or damage thereto.

Although translations into other languages of any of such texts may be available, in the event of any conflict between the English version and any other translations, the English version shall prevail.
