BONUS QUESTION 〰️

What career advice would you give to your younger self? What tips can you give to someone trying to pursue a career in trade?

To my younger self, I'd say: get ready, it's not going to be easy and you'll have to work hard. But you'll meet great people who will help you out. Give that help back! Remember why you are doing this: Create opportunities for those coming and build a more equitable society.
